Drafting Effective Contracts

The ability to effectively capture all of the benefits derived from both the tendering process and negotiation within a legally compliant contract is increasingly being recognised as a key element of both organisational risk management and corporate governance. This course leads delegates through the key legal principles of: contract creation, calculating and constructing effective damages clauses, legal jurisdictions and contract negotiation, enabling delegates to confidently apply their learning to protect their organisation upon their return to the workplace. Delegates will receive full contract and service level agreement templates in both hard and soft copy format.
