Dr. Kenneth Paetsch of ISCEA to conduct CSCM session in Abu Dhabi

ISCEA CSCM program is the Global Standard for Supply Chain know-how and key part of the Human Capital Development objectives many Global organizations follow.

ISCEA encourages Supply Chain professionals in UAE and aboard to join the Certified Supply Chain Manager Workshop and  Certification session in Abu Dhabi on Oct 14-17, 2012 to acquire this International Certification, which  enables employees to carry out and implement actions as required.

ISCEA CSCM is a MUST for UAE companies to stay competitive with the development objectives other nations such as Saudi Arabia, who is targeting $100bn of investment in port, airport, rail, road and logistics center projects over the next decade, with a strategy to make the Kingdom one of the world’s leading transport and logistics hubs by 2020.

The Kingdom offers large-scale venture opportunities through projects including airport renovations and a number of large rail developments. Positioned between Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific, Saudi Arabia provides the ideal hub for global transportation.

Through its major ports in both the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf the Kingdom offers strong sea transport solutions in addition to its overall strategic infrastructure system. As this potential continues to develop, Saudi Arabia is establishing itself as a key global transport and logistics hub, making it an attractive prospect for investors.

“Acquiring talents and identifying skills have become the real key to the competitiveness of enterprises in the new global economy governed by knowledge. Full cooperation in supply chains has become the required standard by professionals in the sectors of manufacturing and services,” stated Dr. Charles A. Watts, DBA, CSCM, Jonah, and Executive Director of Education & Certification Programs at ISCEA.
