Taking calculated risks is a prerequisite for business success, as all new initiatives, corporate expansions and business development activities are unavoidably linked with taking risks.

The aim of this practical 2-day workshop is to help participants understand the positives of calculated risk taking, apply managerial approaches in identifying risks (commercial, reputational, regulatory), prioritise risks and take risks that will increase the probability of success in business initiatives.
