You understand and agree that only Checkout.com shall be responsible for any act or omission related to any payment matters, although Innoverto’s representatives may assist you, when required, at Innoverto’s sole discretion, in relation to resolving any payment issues that you may encounter with Checkout.com. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of Checkout.com prior to proceeding with making a payment.
