UNLOCKING THE FULL POTENTIAL OF AI AND AGENTS IN THE DIGITAL WORKPLACE

Round-table discussion: People-first in the age of AI – Ethics, Agents, and the Future of work
As AI and automation reshape the workplace, leaders must navigate not only technological transformation but also the moral and ethical questions that come with it. In this session, Peter Kuna, Chief of Staff Microsoft Western Europe, shares insights on how organizations can embrace an AI-driven mindset while staying grounded in human values. Together we will reflect on the role of digital agents, the responsibility of ethical AI deployment, and how leaders can thoughtfully design organizations that are both future-ready and people-first.

Round-table discussion: From Copilot to Colleague – How AI Agents are changing the way we work
We are moving from using AI as a helper to working side by side with AI agents as true colleagues. Instead of directing every step, we discuss strategy and goals, then let the AI work independently while we move on to the next challenge. What does it mean when AI becomes an equal partner, not just a tool? Johan Sanneblad, CEO of TokenTek, shares practical insights from the cutting edge and explains why working with AI as a colleague will soon be the new normal – in development, research, and everyday work.

Round-table discussion: Measuring the impact of your Digital Workplace initiatives
How can we ensure that our various initiatives to improve digital workplace experience have an impact? Is measuring adoption as per the usage reports enough – or do we need other inputs to secure that we reach our KPIs? In this round-table discussion, Johan Ulvenholm, Senior Operations Developer at Folksam, shares how they measure digital workplace performance and integrate the results with planned improvement initiatives to maximize their digital employee experience.

14:30 Coffee break & Inspirational activity
In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a traditional Swedish fika with coffee and light refreshments. We will then walk together to Millesgården, located right next to Villa Foresta, for a group activity in the museum’s sculpture park.
