As AI and automation reshape the workplace, leaders must navigate not only technological transformation but also the moral and ethical questions that come with it. In this session, Peter Kuna, Chief of Staff Microsoft Western Europe, shares insights on how organizations can embrace an AI-driven mindset while staying grounded in human values. Together we will reflect on the role of digital agents, the responsibility of ethical AI deployment, and how leaders can thoughtfully design organizations that are both future-ready and people-first. 

 At midday, we’ll take a moment to gather for a shared lunch. This interlude will not only offer a chance to indulge in delicious food but also further foster connections and conversations amidst spectacular views. 

In this session, you will hear real-life stories from members of Sandvik’s Digital Workplace team. Sandvik is a global engineering group operating in over 150 countries with more than 40,000 employees. Hannele Takala and Janine Fischer will share how they are driving digital upskilling and adoption, covering everything from daily challenges to practical tasks and inspiring success stories.

In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a traditional Swedish fika with coffee and light refreshments. We will then walk together to Millesgården, located right next to Villa Foresta, for a group activity in the museum’s sculpture park. It’s a unique opportunity to experience historic art while continuing conversations in an inspiring setting.
