Team Effectiveness

This workshop will focus on the various aspects of team effectiveness – how to form an effective team and how to work together co-actively within the organizational framework. This workshop will enable all participants to understand the theory and learn the practical aspects of team effectiveness through various tools that they can use in a daily setting.
