Imagine if your company strictly hired those who have the competencies required for the job, the motivational fit for the job and culture of the organization, as well as the desire to contribute to the success of the organization as a whole. This three-day workshop will give you the confidence and skill to make better selection and placement decisions for new and existing employees.
