Effective Business Process Management Methodology

Effective Business Process Management Methodology

A Practical Approach

Processes are a critical component of business execution today with process performance and improvement being the keys in business excellence and transformation. However, just drawing process diagrams and using process tools is not enough to assure a successful BPM project that gives you the improvement results.

To get the most out of process efforts a process methodology is needed that provides a roadmap to successful execution of process projects.

This 4 day interactive process methodology course will walk you through the most effective approach to get the most out of your process efforts. The course includes exercises organized around a case study concept and will also include the following key factors:

  1. A well-defined methodology that accommodates but is independent of a specific tool
  2. Use of standards and accepted concepts such as BPMN2 and process architecture.
  3. A tool suite not a single tool for leveraging the process effort that supports standards and includes quantitative and phrase analytics for analysis
  4. A formal project management approach
