Knowledge Management for Managers

Managers today are struggling with the ideas of knowledge management, the value of knowledge management and how to achieve effective knowledge transfer. Being able to effectively direct and manage the knowledge effort requires at least a basic understanding of the approach, concept and issues with implementing a knowledge strategy.
