There has never been a more challenging time to be involved in the fields of HR, People Analytics and Talent Management. Learn about the strategies and practices that are reshaping and realigning Strategic Workforce Planning to the changing business practices of today.

Course Overview

Workforce Planning and Controlling is a core process of HR management that determines in a structured way the workforce needed today and tomorrow. It ensures that an organization always has the right number of people with the right competencies and diversity, at the right moment and location, and within the right budgetary constraints. It analyzes the workforce demand, determines the workforce supply, and generates the insights needed to match demand with supply, allocate and schedule resources, identify workforce gaps, and develop action plans and solutions to mitigate or close those gaps.

Throughout this high-octane workshop, which is packed with case studies, critical insights and action-learning, participants will deep dive into the key issues and challenges of Strategic Workforce Planning and learn how to develop SWP models and action plans that they can implement within their organisation in line with the changing business practices of today.
